It somewhere makes me laugh. Watching my intakes and such lately is doing something, but it's not intended. I'm shaving off the fat, but I'm not shaving the weight. Or not nearly as fast as I know it could be. My workout routine is intense while at the gym and my diet is pretty clean. A protein shake in the morning, and for lunch (4:7days), and some pretty healthy dinners.
Watching the scale my bf % is dropping at a rate faster than my weight. It is my belief that my intake is off a bit. I'm calorically where I need to be to slope the weight off, but my protein values and workout are contridicting the loss. I'm gaining lean mass. haha. Gotta love what you can do with the building blocks and just work. I don't really want to stop the process though because hell I enjoy more lean mass.
I hope that the slope continues to graduate a little more. I'd like to be as close to target as I could but 8 days and my current slope trajectory and target don't equate into a perfect win. The process is a win though.
I feel the gears turning and they are ready to workout. Your saying, but you already workout, whats the deal? I've been sustaining and the last few weeks I've been hitting the workouts very hard, nearly like the old days. Unfortunatly I think the bodies memory is good as I'm packing on some weight while my bf is going down. Not generally a problem except when you want to jump out of a plane. I need to push my weight down a few pounds to stay within AFF safety requirements. This shouldn't be an issue but will take some dietary/metabolic pushing as well as slapping on a good dose of cardio to the routine.
I haven't felt the rush of motivation as I have in a while and it's a great feeling. Worthy goals!

Highly driven crazy creative soul. I've been an Ace trainer, now I just stay healthy, work out regularly and have a few minor goals.
